There are no refunds or product exchanges to be given to the Customer by CVJP SIGNATURE RETAIL.
PLEASE BE CERTAIN OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT IS MADE.
PLEASE BE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
The only exception for a refund to be given to the Customer by CVJP SIGNATURE RETAIL will be if the package is lost in transit via USPS to the Customer after a 20-day weekday period, (Monday through Friday), after your package has been shipped, (not including weekends and national holidays).
