CVJP SIGNATURE RETAIL is not held liable and no refunds will be provided due to the Customer submitting an incorrect/missing information shipping/mailing address at the time of placing their order which the Customer did not provide. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR THE MAILING/SHIPPING ADDRESS IS PROVIDED BEFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED.
All Customer orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping from CVJP SIGNATURE RETAIL.
This is the ONLY shipping method that is used by CVJP SIGNATURE RETAIL.
The shipment tracking number will be provided to the Customer via e-mail from CVJP SIGNATURE RETAIL at the time of shipment.
Usually, the Customer should receive the package within 1 to 3 days of shipping based on the Customer’s location.
To track your Customer order, please go to www.usps.com . Type in the USPS Tracking Number that was sent to the Customer via e-mail from CVJP SIGNATURE RETAIL.
Scroll down the screen. You will see that you will have the option of receiving e-mails or text messages in regards to the Customer package.
CVJP SIGNATURE RETAIL IS NOT REQUIRED TO NOTIFY, AND WILL NOT NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER OF THEIR TRACKING AND DELIVERY PACKAGE STATUS ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER.
There are no Customer Pick-up or Store Customer Delivery Services at CVJP SIGNATURE RETAIL.
After the Customer order has been shipped and you have received your tracking number(s), please allow 20 weekday business days, (Monday through Friday), not including national holidays and weekends), to receive the delivery of the package from USPS.
USPS may be experiencing delays in delivery service.
